Running a business, changing careers, and raising children are full time jobs and, often, we are navigating in the dark. Let me be your sounding board, your support. I have been working in schools and corporations for over 11 years, building leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and social skills.

My focus areas are:

  • Social emotional learning
  • Social skills
  • Bullying in school and the workplace
  • Kindness and empathy
  • Communication, trust, and conflict management
  • Group management and facilitation skills
  • Goal setting
  • Personal branding
  • Understanding technology and social media

My goal is to help you build your confidence, learn how to best manage different situations, have tools to develop kindness and empathy, and work on finding your balance. I love my work and I want to share all that I have learned in my podcast. I talk about strategies I have learned, books I have read, podcasts that add value, and I interview experts to give you more insight.

Parent Coaching

These sessions are designed to help parents build healthy and strong relationships with their teenagers. We work on conflict management strategies, managing emotions, addressing challenging conversations, building confidence and self-esteem, recognizing bullying, and social media. We work on trust, communication, and breaking down the walls between the teenager and parent. Each session is between 30-60 minutes.

In the session, we go over strategies, tools, and talk about the best way to implement them. As your coach, I do email check-ins and give you recaps to keep you on track. I use leadership models and team building concepts to help you connect and grow with your child. I create a road map to help you navigate these years and give you the support you need. I use positive psychology, leadership models, and team building concepts.
